  • Weight-Loss Workshop                                                            

Dr Sue, Fitfish Obesity Physician, looks at what causes weight gain and what the evidence says about how to lose it.

  • Coaching Workshop                                                            

Sharon, Fitfish Life Coach, asks when was the last time you thought about your purpose? She will give you some tools to begin to think about defining it - and also consider why it is a helpful thing to do.

  • Medical Workshop                                                            

Dr Claire, Fitfish GP, looks at some current topics such as pain management and anxiety and provides some wisdom on handling them.

  • 'Breaking free from Dieting' Workshop                              

Gaynor, Fitfish Eating Behaviours Expert, explores how to step away from the bondage of dieting and gain freedom in Christ in this area!

  • Wonderful Tasty and Healthy Lunch
  • Healthy Snacks and Drinks
  • A post-lunch walk (optional) and some exercise 'snacks' throughout the day!​
